Welcome! I am an Assistant Professor in the department of Geography and Environmental Studies at the University of New Mexico. I am interested in the modeling and communication of uncertainty as it relates to disaster risk. My current work focuses on unexpected natural hazards and their impacts through a mixed-methods research approach.Â
I value teaching and service, alongside research, as well as improving academic pathways for underrepresented groups. Learn more about my background, research interests, and service activities through these pages, and don't hesitate to get in touch!
